NHTSA Seeks Comment on Consumer Information Collection
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking comment on a request for reinstatement with changes of a previously approved information collection under 49 CFR Part 575, Consumer Information Regulations.
The information collection pertains to truck-camper loading and utility vehicle rollover warnings, and requires manufacturers to provide and submit consumer information related to these topics.
Comments must be submitted on or before August 20, 2026.
