- Start a new quote and add the customer and the move details.
- Pull in line items from your rate tables — mileage, permits, escorts, tarping, and any accessorials.
- Send the quote to your customer.
- When it's accepted, turn it into a BOL and an invoice in a couple of clicks.
Public quote requests from one-time shippers (a boat owner, someone who just bought a tractor) come to carriers, not to the platform. You quote them your rate.
