This policy sets the ground rules for using Oversize Ops, in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

Real information only

Business listings must use the business's real name, real DOT/MC number where applicable, and accurate contact information. Personal profiles should represent a real person. Do not create a profile impersonating another person or business.

Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent company or verification information
• Impersonating another business, person, or Oversize Ops staff
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward another user
• Scraping, bulk-downloading, or automated collection of directory data without permission
• Attempting to bypass account restrictions, rate limits, or security controls
• Uploading malicious files or content that infringes another party's intellectual property (see our DMCA & Copyright Policy)
• Using the platform, its directories, or its contact information for unsolicited bulk messaging or spam
• Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction

Business listing standards

Directory listings should reflect the business as it actually operates. Businesses claiming a "Verified" status must have submitted real, accurate documentation — see our Verification Policy.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, a warning, or account suspension/termination, depending on severity, at our discretion. We may act without prior notice for serious violations (fraud, impersonation, illegal activity).

Use our contact form with details and, where possible, a link to the profile or listing in question.
