Subscription and Billing Terms

This page details how billing actually works for Transporter and Escort paid accounts. It supplements our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Plans
Current plan tiers and pricing are shown at signup before you enter payment details. We may introduce new plans or adjust pricing over time; existing subscribers are given notice before any price change takes effect on their account.
Free trial
New Transporter/Escort signups start with a 14-day free trial. No charge occurs during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the plan and billing cycle you selected at signup.
Billing cycle & auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, whichever you selected) until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe using the payment method on file.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. An account with a persistently failed payment may have its paid features suspended until billing is resolved.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your account's billing settings or through our contact form. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; your paid access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for what is and isn't refundable.
Changing plans
You can move between plan tiers from your account settings. Plan changes may be prorated or take effect at your next billing cycle, depending on the change.
Taxes
Prices shown may not include applicable sales/use tax; where required, tax is calculated and added by Stripe at checkout.
