Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for Transporter and Escort paid subscriptions. Personal accounts and Shipper business accounts are always free — there is nothing to refund.

Free trial

New Transporter and Escort accounts start with a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

Subscription charges

Once your trial ends and a paid subscription begins, charges are billed in advance for the billing cycle you selected (monthly or annual). We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods — if you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Exceptions

We review refund requests case-by-case for situations like a clear billing error, a duplicate charge, or a technical failure that prevented you from using the service you paid for. Use our contact form with your account email and the details — we aim to resolve billing issues quickly and fairly.
