CRITICAL: Spring thaw/frost laws March 1 to mid-June — permitted weights reduced to 85%, 75%, or 50% on affected routes. Dalton/Elliott Highways 17ft height exemption.

Holiday blackouts: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
