IMPORTANT: Florida FAC 14-26.012 DEFAULTS to weekends and holidays PROHIBITED (must be expressly authorized in permit — opposite of most states). Most permits: daylight hours only. Nighttime and weekend travel must be explicitly authorized on permit. Some commodity-specific permits allow night travel.
