Broker honesty rules

Oversize Ops keeps the marketplace trustworthy by keeping roles clear. A broker arranges freight; a carrier hauls it. Those are different jobs, and shippers deserve to know which one they are dealing with.

  • Your account is labeled as a Broker, and your listings say so.
  • You may not present broker authority as carrier authority, or imply you own the trucks that will haul a load you are brokering.
  • Misrepresenting your role can get your account restricted.

Operating honestly is also good business — verified, clearly-labeled brokers win more repeat shippers.
