Choosing your account type
When you start a business you pick one of four types. Pick the one that matches how you work:
- Shipper — you have freight that needs moving. Free forever: post loads (except box-van and reefer freight) and find carriers and escorts.
- Transporter — you own trucks and haul freight. You get the full back office: dispatch, routing, quotes, invoicing, fleet, and compliance.
- Escort — you run pilot cars. List your services, manage certifications and coverage, and find carrier loads that need escorts.
- Broker — you arrange freight between shippers and carriers. Requires broker authority and bonding to be verified.
