Using the AI assistant

Every signed-in page has an AI assistant dock in the bottom corner. It knows the whole system and your own operation, so you can ask it real questions.

• Ask how to do something — "how do I post a load?" — and it walks you through it.
• Ask about your data — your trips, quotes, or routing — and it answers from your account.
• Open or collapse the dock by clicking its header. On phones it starts collapsed so it never covers the page.

The assistant is available day or night and never leaves your account's data.
