Dispatching a trip

A trip sheet is the record of a move — the load, the stops, the driver, and everything that happens along the way.

  1. Create a new trip and add the pickup and drop stops.
  2. Assign a driver, truck, and trailer.
  3. Add the load details, fuel, escorts, and any payouts as the trip runs.
  4. Records lock and are audit-tracked, so the trip sheet stays accurate.

At the end of the week, driver activity rolls up into weekly reports.
